winter conference

lets just say that its been quite a weekend. becca managed to forget a coat and bedding, so i had to share mine. my main complaint is the whole bed sharing thing. first of all, i was nice enough to share my bed in the first place so she didn't have to sleep on a nasty mattress. in return she runs around all day playing ultimate and what not (sweating, no doubt) and goes to bed without a shower. not only that, she didn't even bother to change her shirt. why do i have to go through this? really, i'm pretty frustrated about it, but then again, it is kinda funny in a way. but how gross!!

aside from that and the freezing cabin (had people crawling over us all night to battle out the temperature with eachother, which was set at 50 degrees when i woke up) the trip was great! we had our first message on "christian freedom" when we got there and stayed up late talking in the cabins and meeting new people. on saturday we had two more messages, as well as some ultimate frisbee (which was way too crowded for my liking) and soccer. i got to relax from my homework and take a break, which was very needed. we had worship this morning and then headed out. i'll get some pictures from the weekend posted as soon as i have them at hand.
