two down, three to go

i turned my second english paper in today...yay for me! only three more left now. hopefully it turns out okay because it didn't get too much peer editing. megan was kind enough to look over the grammar, but left my sentence structures alone. that might be bad. i also took my second stat test...i made a 90, so its at least an A. that was supposedly the "hard" test. that’s encouraging.

walking back from class today, i saw a cat that looked like it was allergic to itself. its hair was all matted and scraggly and it was coughing up a lung. we have our fair share of strays here...kinda strange considering the campus is packed with dawgs. hahaha. okay, that was my lame attempt for a joke. it wasn't even funny. forgive me.

its wednesday...you all know that wednesday is ruf night! yay! i'm excited. oh oh! i'm also supposed to be having my first visitor sometime this week. i don't know if she’s coming up tonight and staying tomorrow, coming tomorrow and leaving, or staying tomorrow night, too. anyway, she’s doing the college search thing. man am i glad that’s over. senior year was incredibly stressful...they never tell you that when you're the little freshman being envious of the illusion of "fun" they are having. in some ways i miss it...but not enough to want to be back in their shoes. anyway, i get to be tour guide barbie and show her the ropes of the campus. well, the few ropes i do know. if i'm gonna have time to do it though, i need to finish all my homework. actually, i think i'll go for a run in the cool autumn air first.
