holiday update

its difficult to keep you posted on whats going on over the break. theres either too much going on or not enough...and so goes the story. so yesterday was a fun-filled family work day. we spent all afternoon chopping branches apart, dragging, and stuffing them into the trailer to take to the yardwork dump. the two trees that we cleaned up were the ones that fell during the thanksgiving eve storms, which i have pictures of in my earlier postings. we finally finished around 4 pm and headed to the mellow mush with the fam, sans kaitlin, who went to visit her roomie.

we got cleaned up after our late lunch/early dinner and becca and i hung out with a bunch of youth group kids. played fun games like spoons and "st. peter, st. paul". played some mad fooseball at my house and finished up with spiderman 2. its wierd being around people who aren't 18 yet and still bound to the 12 o'clock curfew. glad those days are behind me.

not too much going on over the break yet. megan hasn't called me back yet about going to visit her...i'll have to call her again sometime. finally finished up my christmas shopping and exhanged gifts with anna and colettie. i got a ga/fl game shirt from colettie...good times, good times. we had our christmas eve dinner a day early...bumping up the holiday earlier just because. about to head back out for another night of games and then the real christmas eve is here...but its christmas in my household! yay!
