the christmas rush

so i've finally gotten on the ball and gotten some christmas shopping done. its about time. so far i've gotten something for everyone but three people on my list. pretty successful, eh? it only took all day at the pavilion to get it done. i ran into so many people while shopping today, it was crazy. i guess all us college students are trying to play catch up since we've been so busy. i ended up buying myself another pair of jeans...who can resist when they're only $13? turns out i spoiled one of becca's christmas presents for myself, which makes me sad. oh well. she decided shes gonna return the ones she got me. hope the pockets on those aren't cuter than mine...

i shopped til about 4 pm when i decided to drop by colette's and get some more work in. its really amazing how long you can spend looking at those proofreading sheets and not find a single thing wrong. i get so excited when i find and error...i think i found three in the two hours i worked yesterday. that's what they need us to do though. we finally decided to get some fun in our monday night, so we headed back into town. grabbed some chick-fil-a on the way (man, haven't had that in a looong time) and went to the dollar theater to see napoleon dynamite. well, they were sold out, so on a whim, we decided to watch alfie. big mistake...ended up walking out within the first 15 minutes. instead, we filled our time by stopping by every one of the stores i had visited earlier in the day...no worries, though. colette got a little more shopping in and i had something to do all night. i got home and wrapped presents late into the night.
