the halls are alive with the sound of music...

oh, yes indeed. in movies where the person lives in an apartment theres always that particular scene. you know the one i'm talking about...the scene where the main character is trying to sleep and theres someone in the room nextdoor that plays his instrument obnoxiously at all hours of the day...especially the most in oppourtune times. so yea, thats me today trying to study. actually, i think its coming from above. odd. its been all semester and this horn blowing musician decided not to debut the off key squeaks and frequent pffts until today. why does this start up right before exams? the best i can hope for is that this is a one time thing...that the instrument will once again lay to rest in its coffin in the closet somewhere.

last night anna and i went downtown in search for a present for megan. she turned 19 yesterday! yay! anyway, couldn't find anything that was good, so i've decided to hold off until i visit her or something over the break. after a bust downtown, we walked for about 30 minutes down to ramsey to go work out. man, that was rough. grabbed dinner at wendy's afterwards, then tried to get my rough draft finished, had issues with my bulldog bucks account before i could get my laundry done at about 1 am last night.

well, i've typed four plus pages for my english paper. always good to meet the length requirement. now i just have to make sure the content is quality. still bashing santa. kinda feel like a scrooge, but thats okay. just trying to take a position thats provocative. of course, loving the stress that always accompanies the end of the semester, but dealing with it.
